The Transportation Institute at the NC A&T State University's School of Business and Economics operates the South Atlantic Region Small Business Transportation Resource Center (SBTRC).  Our region includes the following states: Kentucky, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.  The mission of the SBTRC is to ensure that the policies and goals of the USDOT Secretary of Transportation are developed and implemented in a fair, efficient and effective manner to serve small and disadvantaged businesses throughout the region.
